Isagol ® series, are made from Psyllium, the covering of seeds grown on the plant Plantago. Plantago is a genus of about 200 species of small, inconspicuous plants commonly called plantains, especially the Plantago asiatica L. Plantago depressa Willd. or Plantago ovata. |
How to use Isagol ® 
- 1. Prepare for a cup of water (100-200mL), put 1 stick of Isagol ® in.
- 2. Stir it at once.
- 3. Ready for drink.
- * Take Isagol ® with a meal perferably.
